**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
- Responsible for driving sales revenue of all products and services across ASEAN markets.
- Initiate and develop a qualified sales pipeline to support sales goals and achievements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including enterprise clients and government agencies.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to execute the company's sales plans.
- Provide strategic input and direction to marketing efforts and work closely with the extended team to support regional initiatives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans, analyzing trends and competitive intelligence to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our company's policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of high performance, professionalism, and customer focus with an emphasis on ethical behaviour and exemplary customer experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in the ASEAN region, with a focus on enterprise sales.
- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to build, develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results orientated.
- Ability to travel across the ASEAN region.
