Singapore INTEGRATED HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

This role will monitor/manage project statuses, perform project budgeting, support project approval processes and perform key stakeholder management tasks for the Yishun Health Campus CIO Office
- Monitor and manage statuses of different projects in the department project portfolio and engage relevant Project Managers where necessary, collecting and updating of various information for KPI tracking.
- Manage the budgeting of key projects in the department as well as be heavily involved in IT budgeting process including liaising with users and partners during Business planning period for projects in the Workplan for execution.
- Engage project and organisational stakeholders and keep them up to date and organise updates to be provided at various forums.
- Review Approval Papers, provide feedback and obtain approvals as well as being responsible for keeping various templates up to date.
- Coordinate and perform timely review of department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and IT Risks, and initiate updates / streamline improvements where necessary.
- Manage and maintain websites to keep its content relevant and updated.
- Perform tasks assigned by Reporting Officer

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 6-8 years of IT Project Management experience using Waterfall / Agile methodologies or Business Analyst experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree/diploma.
- PMP or ITIL certification and past experience in PMO role or healthcare sector would be advantageous.
- Has a good knack for numbers, and versatile with Excel functions such as pivot tables, v-lookup etc.
- Excellent organisation, people management skills, with attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team.
- Good command of the English language would be advantageous as it would be required for Approval Paper reviews.
