**IT PMO Manager
Are you a seasoned project management professional with a passion for driving organizational success? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Manager with a track record of at least 8 years in project management and PMO leadership. As a PMO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating project portfolios, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and analysts to ensure project delivery excellence.
- Develop and refine project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and execute projects in alignment with business goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and make informed strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to streamline processes and enhance project delivery capabilities.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project statuses, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership. **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in project management, with significant experience in PMO leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.-
