Overview
What the role is:
You will be part of a dynamic and highly driven team which ensures the smooth and efficient running of administrative office operations. In particular, you will be helping to drive renovation/refurbishment projects and manage office facilities to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness for our systems and processes while promoting employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead renovation/refurbishment projects to ensure efficient new office establishment and management, as well as manage contracts/projects within approved budget.
- Manage workplace set allocation planning to optimize space utilization and accommodate evolving business needs.
- Manage the office facilities, operations, repair, maintenance and relevant processes/procedures with Facilities Management and service providers to ensure that the office is well-maintained at all times and meets the safety and prevailing regulatory standards.
- Oversee PMO-CG's lease management as well as FM contract.
- Support the implementation of initiatives and ensure PMO-CG complies with the necessary rules, regulations and requirements.
- Ensure effective asset control, compliance with regulatory policies / standards and support strategic decision making on assets-related initiatives.
- Manage asset stocktaking exercise and coordinate asset replacement / renewal projects to ensure that assets are retired / replaced on a timely basis.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the areas of facilities and office management, project management or other related fields. Good knowledge of Building Design, Building systems, Mechanical & Electrical Design, FM industries and Authorities regulations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Government Instruction Manual on asset management and procurement.
- Prior experience in planning and implementing sustainability initiatives and sustainability reporting will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management skills with good communications and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-driven learner who can concurrently oversee multiple projects and work independently with diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication and analytical skills.
- This position is only open to Singapore Citizens.
