**URGENT HIRING - LOGISTICS SALES SUPPORT (ENGINEERING) - A LOT OF ROOM FOR CAREER PROGRESSION**

6 months contract (Convertible to Perm Position)
- Check purchases, issue and update Order Confirmation for customers.
- Verify and feedback documents from factories/suppliers.
- Weekly update of sales order status in order book, file sales and purchase documents.
- Handle customer's complaints about delivery, documentation etc.
- Check with accounts department for payment received and debt.
- Manage logistics
- Imports/exports, coordinate with local and overseas forwarders to arrange shipment & customs documents.
- Doing Goods receipt in Microsoft Dynamic NAV system and issue delivery note working with accounts department. Arrange local transportation to deliver goods, ensure freight and local transportation follows costing sheet.

**Requiremnts**:

- Minimum Nitec in Engineering / Logistics
- Experience in Order Processing Immediate Starter or short notice
