**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts within the logistics sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, both within existing markets and new geographic regions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer contracts and deliveries.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of leads and opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s logistics services and establish new contacts.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer feedback, and emerging trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales management
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, supply chain management, and related services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.
