With our container operations based in Singapore, we cater to major clients in South East Asia, China, Hong Kong, and Europe. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in advancing global logistics innovation.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Client Acquisition and Retention: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, pitch services, and ensure customer satisfaction, and travel abroad as required.
- Market Analysis: - Stay updated on market trends to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Negotiation: - Leas lease contract negotiations, finalizing terms such as rates, duration, and conditions.
- Sales Strategy Development: - Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including market identification and promotional planning.
- Network Building: - Build and maintain n network with shipping lines, logistics companies, and end-users to enhance container movement.
- Custom Solutions: - Provide tailored logistics solutions, including flexible lease terms and integrated services.
- Equipment Management: - Oversee the container fleet, including tracking, condition monitoring, and optimization.
- Logistics Coordination: - Coordinate container logistics including pick-up, delivery, repositioning, and storage.
- Depot Management: - Manage container depots, ensuring efficient storage, maintenance, and transactional activities.
- Data Management and Reporting: - keep accurate records of container transactions and operational data to support decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly desirable for effective communication with clients in South East Asia, China and Hong Kong.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
