**Sales Support Officer/ Inside Sales (Shipping) $2,000 - $3,000**

**Job Objective**:

- Support Sales on the daily operation, administration and works with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of customer’s logistics needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending of sales enquiries, following up on quotations, providing sales and customer supports including complaints
- Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities
- Source rates and preparation of quotation
- Sales data management
- Liaising with operation department for shipment coordination
- Assist in preparation of monthly reporting.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate manager or management

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in shipping/ logistics industry is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized and flexible
- Able to work in fast pace and ability to multi-task
- Responsible, pro-active, meticulous and committed team player
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Only Singaporeans
