As part of our continued growth and expansion in Asia Pacific we have an immediate opening for a Sales Director, ASEAN region based in Singapore.
**Requirements**:
- Proven hunting and net new sales skills in Software or Services industry
- 10+ years of direct sales experience
- Experience with and demonstration of a Solution Selling sales methodology
- Preferred: experience selling SAP, Oracle or VMware maintenance services, ERP Outsourced Services
- Ability to instil confidence in clients and be persuasive
- Must be self-motivated, a strong team player, and strive to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the continued expansion of our business in ASEAN
- Support our Channel partners in execution of their pursuits
- Leverage our Marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition
- Lead and execute targeted program of net new client acquisition in your own territory
- Through excellence in C-level communications, presentations and sales activity.
- Own and manage the opportunity pipeline to support sales quota performance expectations
