**Our Client**:
An excellent opportunity to join our good client who is a SME and has established themselves for 40 years. They are in an expansion phase across Asia-Pacific and is currently looking to hire a new HR Assistant Manager as part of their management team in Singapore. The new incumbent will be taking care of Singapore employees. Headcount size of 20 in Singapore with mostly corporate employees.
You will be reporting directly to the MD, and this is a hands-on role with generalist portfolio.
Payroll is outsourced.
This role will be good for someone at Senior HR Executive level looking to step up into an Assistant Manager role.
**The Responsibilities**:
As a sole contributor, this role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on day-to-day HR Operations work ensuring day-to-day employees matters are well taken care of.
As an experienced HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person and support on effective delivery of HR operations and activities to the business units, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, staff engagement and other HR & Admin duties and projects as assigned.
- Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, exit management and day-to-day HR operations
- Delivering high quality recruitment (both permanent, contract, and internship positions) in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates and advise employees on HR guidelines and policies
- Supports in various audit projects (internal and external requirements)
Administration Work
- Ordering and coordinating of printed materials, stationery, and pantry with vendors
- Timely recording and filing of invoices and documents
- Arranging travel requirements for staffs
- Submission of Claims
**The Requirements**:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- At least 8-10 years' experience in Generalist focus work
- With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
- Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses, and is someone innovative and solutions-driven
- Ambitious, pays attention to details and is a great team player
- Independent, quick-learner, and possesses strong sense of responsibility
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
