**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.0 Prepare payroll by monthly
2.0 To assist in handling recruitment administration
3.0 Assist with the onboarding / off-boarding programs for staff.
5.0 Administration of leave
6.0 Preparing employment contracts and/or others letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc.
7.0 Manage employee benefits (e.g. insurance, work injury claims, etc.)
8.0 Filing, administration duties and general data entry work.
9.0 Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
10.0 Others task and duties as assign by HR Manager
**Job Requirements**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1.0 Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 Years of relevant working experience.
2.0 Meticulous due to nature of work
3.0 Able to work in a fast pace environment
4.0 Team player and self motivated
5.0 Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
6.0 Competent in Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel
