**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR/Admin dept
- Assist to book training courses for workers
- Maintain and manage staff training record
- Assist to maintain Foreign Worker’s dormitory records
- Assist in the preparation of employment contract and any other HR/Admin related letters/Memo
- Handle workers medical and WCI insurances and assist work injury claim matters
- Follow up vehicle insurance/road tax renewal, arrange vehicle servicing
- Assist in any other administrative & ad-hoc task/event assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess GCE” O” level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment
- 5.5 Days working week (Alt Sat off)
