**Position Summary**:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Asia region (S.E.A, Hong Kong and Taiwan) to be part of our exciting Nespresso Regional team. In this role, you will define and lead Asia marketing priorities with level of investments, building on solid insights and global brand positioning. You would also be required to manage marketing projects for the Zone APAC and actively contribute to shaping relevant global and local marketing developments. This role will have a hybrid reporting structure where it is directly reporting to Regional Marketing Manager, Zone APAC based in Switzerland and indirectly reporting to S.E.A Business Executive Office based in Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore.
**A day in the life of...**:
As our Asia Marketing Manager in Nespresso Regional office, you will be ensuring the relevance of our global Marketing Strategy through evaluating above-market needs for specific developments and lead the development and execution accordingly with alignment to HQ guidelines, contribute towards and support the roll out of corporate/regional initiatives/projects and support markets in deploying local projects validated by the Zone, execute and adapt International creative and guidelines to local needs and local media. You will act as zone APAC SPOC to work with HQ stakeholders and contribute as voice of the markets on specified topics for business excellence and brand relevance and establish an integrated marketing activity plan for the market inclusive PR, Events, consumer (club) and B2B, Advertising, CRM to support the brand and product plan.
You will also act as brand custodian for market implementation in compliance with all HQ guidelines related to the Nespresso Brand Essence and Architecture for brand consistency, provide strategic and tactical support to the market and establish the Nespresso Brand as the ‘icon of care’ for B2B customers and end consumers and guidance and coordination of external agencies.
You would be involved in proposing and working with the markets on all digital initiatives (including web-related, social media and online) accordingly to increase our brand awareness and sales. This role would require you to maximize Nespresso’s on-line distribution through all viable internet vehicles, portals and sites and increase direct distribution through the use of partner’s database and affiliate marketing. Being our Asia Marketing Manager, you would also need to lead excellence in budget management and nurture an empowered marketing community.
**What will make you successful**:
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience in marketing leadership role in a multinational company (MNCs) and direct to consumer business model environment. Experience across APAC region or Asia region will be an added advantage.
- Strategic mindset, strong business acumen and end consumer focused experience in a high end luxury brand or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment with proven experience in strong leadership and people management.
- Proven experience in consumer research and insights, brand management and consumer communication, CRM and digital communication (including social media).
- Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams in regional capacity.
