**A.**Job Purpose**
This role is responsible for leading marketing initiatives across partner types, including co-marketing, content development, thought leadership and events.
As part of the Partner Marketing team of our IT client, you will be responsible for recruiting IT solution partners in South Asia, developing marketing campaigns to generate leads across marketing pillars such as an event, campaign, and media buy. You will be responsible for working with an ecosystem of companies that provide data, tools and services that maximize marketing performance.
**B.**Job Description Account Management**
- Single point of contact for the overall partner recruitment effort
and coordinating with the Distributor Manager.
- Develop and monitor timeline based on monthly recruitment target. If the plan does not work. The Partner Marketing Manager would also be required to relook into enhancing the strategy
- Generic Assets will be provided worldwide, but the Partner Marketing Manager also needs to discuss what's relevant for APJ and develop any crucial assets/tools which is deemed important for the region. Actual development of the asset/tool will be done by agencies.
- Work with Worldwide, Regional and local teams to drive and coordinate any meetings to ensure KPIs are met
- Project manage and ensure the timely, successful and delivery of our clients' marketing solutions according to their business needs and objectives
- Collaborate with Distributor Team to identify new ideas and be an effective team member for the ongoing ideation of new partner solutions
- Communicates the client's goals/objectives and represent the client's interests to the partner recruitment drive.
- Work closely with the creative team to maintain a continuous communication of project status to identify potential issues and opportunities within or related to the project
- Acquire a good understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
- Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and enquiries on a weekly basis
**C.**Job Requirements**
- 4 -5 years of work experience, ideally with 3+ years' experience focused in B2B marketing especially IT industry
- Experience in partner marketing, lead generation campaigns, events or media buy is preferred
- Strong marketing background with a track record in strategizing, executing, and measuring performance and creative marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Excellent computer knowledge for PC environments with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Writing and proofing skills are also required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently, organised, dependable and detail-oriented
- Team player with a cooperative spirit
- Quick learner, efficient and high sense of urgency
