**What We’re Looking For**:
As the first hire in the APAC region, the Senior Manager, Alliances Partnership will be responsible for building and managing strategic alliances with key partners across the Asia-Pacific region. Heavy traveling is involved to secure the partnerships. This high-impact role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with technology and channel partners, driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and executing partnership initiatives to expand market reach, increase revenue, and support the growth of the APAC business.
**What You'll Do**:
- Define and execute the partner alliance strategy for APAC, aligned with global partnership goals and regional business objectives.
- Identify and onboard key strategic partners (technology, resellers, integrators, and distributors) across the APAC region, focusing on high-growth areas.
- Develop and implement GTM plans with partners, including co-selling, co-marketing, and demand-generation activities, to drive partner-sourced revenue and expand market presence.
- Own the APAC partner revenue targets; track, analyze, and report on partner performance, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual growth objectives
- Define clear objectives, milestones, and KPIs to monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to create and execute cohesive partner initiatives and leverage internal resources to optimize partnerships.
- Actively drive joint pipeline development, enabling new customer acquisition and existing customer retention and expansion.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with partner organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for APAC partners.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends within the APAC region to adjust partnership strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop and implement partner training and enablement programs to ensure partners have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively position and sell our solutions.
**What You'll Bring**:
- 8+ years in partner alliances, business development, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years of experience in the APAC market.
- Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems, with a successful track record of driving revenue growth through alliances.
- Strong understanding of SaaS partner dynamics and relationship building.
- Direct sales experience with proven record of exceeding pipeline and quota targets
- Ability to travel extensively, execute and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, especially as the first hire in a region.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and stakeholders.
