**Job Summary**:
Partnerships and Alliance Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth, managing our business and relationships with key partners, and ensuring alignment with NCS Strategy. Opportunity to work with NCS partners in NEXT including AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, Mulesoft, etc partners in technology areas such as Cloud, Data Analytic, UXP, DXP, AI/ML, blockchain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop partner strategy and business plan with assigned partners including setting of business, competencies and innovation goals
- Orchestrate execution of the partner business plan across the NCS organisation including Sales, Marketing, NCS Practices, NCS Dojo meet key performance metrics
- Leading Business Review meetings involving C-level execs from NCS and Partners for joint performance review against key metrics
- Organise joint GTM marketing activities and programs with assigned partners
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science is preferred.
- Broad-based business and technology expertise with 10-15 experience in either partner management, sales, business development
- Proven track record of success in program, initiatives and orchestration roles.
- Excellent communication, presentations and program management
- Basic Legal and Contract management knowledge and skills
- Good Level of understanding of key IT/Cloud technologies and services offerings, as well as business models.
