We’re seeking a proactive and purpose-driven **Client Solutions Manager**to help us grow our impact in the health and wellness space. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, partnership, and strategic growth—co-developing transformative wellness solutions with our team of professionals and engaging with corporate and community partners to bring these ideas to life.

You’ll be instrumental in identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and turning wellness goals into tangible, high-impact programmes.

**Requirement**
- Minimum Bachelor qualification.
- Minimum 3 years relevant corporate experience in health promotion, coaching, psychology, or organisational well-being.
- Experience in B2B or B2C health consultancy, start-ups, or impact-driven organisations.Familiarity with digital health tools, impact measurement, or corporate ESG goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.**Solution Innovation & Co-Creation**
- Collaborate with wellness experts (e.g. health coaches, psychologists, medical advisors, fitness specialists) to co-create holistic, evidence-informed programmes.
- Translate client needs and well-being objectives into tailored initiatives such as workshops, campaigns, digital experiences, or community engagement models.
- Stay attuned to emerging health trends and integrate them into solution design.

**2.**Strategic Partnership & Opportunity Development**
- Engage with prospective and existing corporate/community partners to understand their wellness challenges and goals.
- Present ideas, proposals, and programme frameworks that align with both their needs and our mission.
- Support proposal writing, sales pitch decks, and partnership conversations alongside senior leadership.

**3.**Programme Planning & Delivery Support**
- Contribute to the development and rollout of wellness initiatives, working closely with operations, content, and delivery teams.
- Ensure the proposed solution is implemented with fidelity and achieves desired outcomes.
- Monitor performance and gather feedback for continuous refinement.

**4.**Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Act as a bridge between internal innovation teams and client-facing opportunities.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, solution development toolkits, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Assist with documenting case studies and outcomes to support further engagement and storytelling.
