Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plans, develops, recommends, and implements benefit programs and policies to support the organizations strategic objectives.
- Ensures benefit programs are competitive and legally compliant.
- Evaluates and compares existing company benefits with those of other employers by analysing others plans, survey, and other sources of information.
- Plans, develops, and/or participates in area and industry surveys.
- Analyses results of surveys and develops specific recommendations for review by management.
- Document benefit and compensation administration practices and system procedures focusing on best practices.
- Complete periodic plan audits to ensure accurate eligibility reporting and costs.
- Partners with HR Business partners in designing, reviewing and implementing policies, procedures and practices within functional area based on changes in laws, external HR practices and company culture. Interprets policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Identify and maintain a variety of employment options to support employee recruitment and retention efforts.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff and effectively lead the development and administration of a broad range of benefits administrations plans and programs.
- Assess cost estimates/projections and conduct analysis of proposed modification of existing and/or introduction of new benefit programs and make recommendations for changes as required.
- Oversee the payroll process (handled by the external vendor and specialist).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Degree in HR or similar fied.
- At least 10years of relevant experience, including with at least 8years specialising in Compensation & Benefits.
- Possess good people management and strong knowledge in Employment Act.
- Track record in handling payroll, bonus and annual increment.
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships and consult at a senior business level.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
