Call Center Support

Location: Ubi

**Salary**: $2200-$2500

Shift role: (Day/Night shift)

12hrs/3 off days per week.

Job Requirements:
- To call inbound customers and provide information pertaining to the required task allocated
- Manage and resolve customers feedback.
- Prepare and analyse report and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Able to multi-task on tasks given by your supervisor/Manager
- Able to liaise fluently with English and Chinese-speaking customers.
- Adhoc duties are required

Additional information:
- Experience in call center
- Good data entry and typing skill
- Able to meet deadline
- Good communication and good interpersonal skill
- Knowledge in clerical and administrative processess.
