**We are seeking a friendly and organized Call Center Assistant to join our restaurant team.** You will play a key role in managing customer communications, including taking orders, answering inquiries, and providing information about our menu and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer calls professionally and promptly.
- Manage reservations and coordinate delivery or takeaway orders.
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant’s menu, promotions, and operating hours.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns politely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Thai or Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
