- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales orders (Retails and E-Commerce), sales discounts, and sales return documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines
- Liaising with warehouse to meet delivery dates
- To attend and solve problems arising from sales orders
- Filling and ensuring proper documentation and records, administrative duties as and when assigned
- Performs sales support and administrative duties
- Follow up on customer’s pending order, backorder
- Provide reports to Finance/Sales upon request
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time

We Are Looking For Has/Is
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- At least 1-2 years working experience in sales support
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Google suite of apps

Our working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5:30pm. Training will be provided.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
