**Job Summary**

You will be part of the CRM Singapore team to develop the programme and implement effective CRM marketing strategies to maximize customers engagement and brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Propose, execute campaigns and organize experiential events to engage customers.
- Secure New Privilege / Redemption Partners for the Club 21 Card program and to manage renewal of partners.
- Membership Content updates on Club 21 global website.
- Assist with operational activities required to enable successful execution of campaigns, including offer setup and deployment, distribution of collaterals to the stores, event logistics, member enquiries and store enquiries.
- Manage and liaise with vendors to develop programme collaterals.
- Prepare monthly reports, ad-hoc store reports or store call lists.
- Handle enquiries, feedback or complaints from customers and store personnel via the Rewards Hotline and work closely with relevant departments to resolve feedbacks & complaints.
- Track collaterals inventory and ensure re-prints are done in timely manner.
- Managing and keeping Physical and Digital CRM assets up to date and ensuring hard copies of updates are sent to stores in a timely manner.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to support the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Supporting the CRM team in organizing various projects and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor related to Marketing or CRM/Loyalty or equivalent.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the immediate team, across departments and with external vendors.
- Ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize and multitask when needed.
- Ability to read and understand data to generate membership insights.
- Meticulous, attentive to detail, with strong communication skills.
- Possess initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with proven ability to work independently in fulfilling assigned duties.
- Experience in working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau or SAP Business Objects) would be advantageous.
