**Missions and Responsibilities**
Air Liquide is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to SEA Vice President (VP) to provide efficient & timely support with high quality to SEA executives in daily work to ensure day to day smooth running of business.

Key day-to-day accountabilities include but not limited to:

- To proactively manage the calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements effectively to keep the meeting/appointment on schedule and to ensure no meeting/appointment conflicts in the daily calendar.
- Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, follow up on those messages in the right way when necessary, as well as setting up conference calls when required.
- Communication with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.
- To monitor requests for work commissioned by the VP and department manager, progress chasing as required, to track that deadlines are met based on the plan.
- To provide travel bookings service, ensuring the correct and cost effective bookings are made.
- To manage and track business related bills and payments, to ensure the smooth running of daily business.
- To organize internal or external events, to ensure that all the necessary logistics arrangements required for the success of the meetings, such as meeting invitations, agenda, office facilitates, meeting papers etc.
- To handle all sensitive and confidential information and documents etc in an appropriate way.
- To coordinate VP personal matters.

**Competencies and Profile**
- Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of Personal Assistant working experience preferably in an MNC environment.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and is a team player.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects accurately and with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages.
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality with Integrity.
- Has passion for excellent work, self-motivated to work independent.
- Results-orientated and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
