**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the individual's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking hotels and ground transportation.
- Conduct research on various topics to support the individual's business and personal activities.
- Assist with personal tasks, such as managing household staff, running errands, and coordinating social events.
- Ensure the individual’s work and personal life are organized and efficient, and anticipate their needs to proactively provide support are organized in efficient manner and anticipate their needs ahead of time as well as providing proactive support
- Manage all logístical matters related to the individual's businesses and personal life.
- Handle other daily life activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a high-level executive, preferably in the technology or finance industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing complex calendars.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to relocate to the individual's preferred location.
- Experience managing household staff and handling personal matters for a high net worth individual is preferred.
