**We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) Executive/Personal Assistant to support Singapore based Managing Partner(s). The right person for the job shall be capable of providing administrative assistance to the Managing Partner(s) in both personal and professional matters. In addition, the individual is expected to support in house office matters working with the office manager. Prior experience in the asset management industry would be advantageous.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and maintain schedules for the Managing Partner (s).
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
- Attend to and assist in personal matters as requested.
- Capable of handling ongoing office operations, including reception, meeting rooms, leases and amendments, relationships with landlord and real estate agents/brokers, office improvements, renovations/remodel, maintenance, and repairs.

**EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience supporting high profile senior management executives.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, initiative and independence in working on highly confidential matters.
- Organized and extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
