Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION : Personal Assistant and Admin Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Personal Assistant Duties**
- Provide prompt and efficient secretariat support to CEO
- Act as a relief PA to Executive Committee Member(s)
- Manage CEO / Executive Committee Member(s)’ calendar
- Organise internal and external meetings, including logistic setup and taking of minutes
- Act as point of contact among internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate company transport arrangements for Executive Committee Member(s)
**Office Administrative Duties**
- Follow-up on the renewal of Agreements
- Company handphones asset management
- Coordination of Board & Committee meetings
- Perform relief duties at reception
- Any other duties as and when assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Experienced in Personal Assistant at Executive level and Office Administration work
- Good written and verbal communication
- IT savvy - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word
- Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all level
- A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication
- Able to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
