**About the Role**:
As a Partnerships Associate in Singapore, you will acquire and develop regional content creators and work on strategic plans tied to content growth within gaming, and non-gaming categories reporting to the APAC Partnerships team.

**You Will**:

- Identify, recruit, and educate content creators in strategic areas
- Develop a relationship with several Partners on Twitch
- Work with content creators to develop their careers
- Help with the enforcement of the Twitch Community Guidelines
- Develop programs to further engage our broadcasters
- Support our peers in Sales, Public Relations, and Business Development with content leads
- Gather and report feedback which will contribute to content strategy
- Attend events and organize networking opportunities for Partners
