Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in cloud computing and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Sales Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to lead the Programs and Initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter who will interface directly with the Asia Partner and Commercial Leadership team and own the planning, execution, communication and change management of the Asia Strategic Initiatives relating to the AWS Partner Organisation. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.

You will own the creation of key Asia Strategic Initiatives to drive growth for the AWS Partner community and our customers with objective and measurable success criteria and clearly communicate progress and outcomes. You anticipate the gaps between teams, processes, and systems to enable the organisation deliver the best possible results for our partners and customers. You are well-versed in program/project management, organisational change management, and able to maintain a high bar on quality of execution and deliverables. You learn quickly and easily adapts to change, are comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced environment, and able to collaborate and bring people together to deliver results. Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and mature strategic initiative ideas that meet the needs, gaps, and opportunities of the Asia AWS partner community and organisation.
- Lead the planning, execution, communication and change management of the Asia Partner Strategic Initiatives
- Develop and grow regional, cross-functional engagement mechanisms for planning and execution of the strategic Initiatives
- Create and execute measurement and monitoring mechanisms for the Strategic Initiatives program of work including metrics capture, reporting, and analytics for identifying signals, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop data-driven narrative proposals for new initiatives or evolving/retiring existing initiatives/programs.
- Incubate new strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales leaders and sales operations to input design of field education and readiness programs to enable both AWS sales and channel partners of the key strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications - Highly credible with marketing leaders, sales leaders, senior technologists, product leaders, and executive audiences. - Exceptional business acumen and high judgment - be able to use technology/cloud depth and breadth, signals, and data to understand customer pain points and challenges, and inform and shape business growth initiatives. - Passion for building and executing strategic initiatives that drive value to the field, partners and customers - Partnering with others in the organisation is key to our long term success and is what helps frame our inclusive culture. - ‘Invent and simply’ mindset. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams. - Inclusive and diverse culture working with a team that welcomes, celebrates, and leverages a diverse set of backgrounds and skillsets to deliver results is exciting. - Culturally aware and have good interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across different functional teams and internal stakeholders. - MBA/Masters degree - Balanced experience across business development, strategy/planning, and execution in a multi-billion technology business. - Experience in global or region roles.
