
Legal Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives

The Security, Investigations, and Integrity group in Legal is looking for an experienced program manager with a demonstrated record of driving operational excellence and cross-functional coordination for complex initiatives. In this role, you will initiate and lead complex projects end-to-end. You will analyze, design and implement critical operational and process improvements across Legal teams working on online safety and security, integrity, and regulatory issues. We are looking for an experienced self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in fast-paced environments and can operate independently to drive strategy, execution, and organization across teams. This role will work closely with senior leaders across Legal teams to execute operational projects on high-priority issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the communication, collaboration, and coordination strategy for high-risk markets focusing on regulatory, law enforcement, and public policy pressures across the Security, Integrity and Investigations organization
- Design, coordinate and implement strategies and solutions and drive strategic alignment across the organization and with cross-functional stakeholders to help scale operationally and reduce market pressures
- Develop and manage structured communication channels and information-sharing forums including a central knowledge base, regular leadership updates, and communication channels to facilitate prioritization alignment, program updates, process changes, and emerging risk identification
- Provide project management support for high-priority, cross-functional projects, driving coordination and deliverables across the organization
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple cross-functional and partner teams
- Proactively participate in organization wide integrity, security and safety forums, groups and networks
- identify emerging regional trends, risks, and legal obligations with the ability to translate this information into tactical recommendations**Minimum Qualifications**:
- BA/BS or Advanced Degree
- 8+ years of work experience in consulting, business operations, program management, or other operational discipline
- Experience leading large departmental and enterprise-wide projects and driving communications and status updates with senior stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills, written & spoken communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work across highly technical cross functional teams
- Experience developing long-term strategy and executing tactical action plans to implement that strategy
- Thought leader in developing efficient and innovative process-based solutions to support scaling and complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience with designing and building governance and/or operational programs and processes
- Ability to influence and adapt to different working styles based on teams involved
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- BA/BS or Advanced Degree
