A reputable energy company is recruiting a junior lawyer to provide legal and compliance support to the company and its subsidiaries based in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will advise the business units on a wide array of commercial and corporate secretariat matters and be responsible for the reviewing of a variety of commercial agreements such as tenders and sales and procurement contracts. This is an exceptional opportunity for practicing lawyers to transit in-house and join a prominent player in the industry.
- A recognized degree in law.
- 2-3 years of corporate commercial experience gained in-house or in practice.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work independently.
