Boasting a vibrant and dynamic culture and a leading player in its field, our client is now recruiting a Legal Counsel who will be part of an in-house legal team advising on a variety of matters including acquisitions, divestments, deal structuring and financing. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management on a broad range of commercial legal matters whilst overseeing a variety of commercial agreements. Applicants with in-house experience and prior training from a top law firm preferred.
- Successful applicants will possess:_
- A recognised degree in Law and Bar qualifications.
- A valid work visa in Singapore.
- Experience in the formation of real estate funds, acquisition and divestment of real estate, M&A transactions and financing.
- Experience in corporate secretarial work.
- The ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- The willingness to thrive on challenges with a keen sense to learn and acquire new skills.
