Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic funding initiatives.

  • Funding Policy Development: Create and review comprehensive funding policies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Budget Evaluation and Management: Analyze budget requests from program partners and oversee resource allocation.
  • Manpower Establishment Planning: Secure and optimize manpower resources to drive program success.

What You Will Be Working On:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring funded programs align with our organization's funding policies and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and review funding policies to support strategic initiatives.
  2. Evaluate budget requests and make recommendations for approval.
  3. Serve as secretariat for key committee meetings, ensuring effective documentation and follow-up on decisions.
  4. Manage stakeholder relationships and respond to inquiries regarding funding policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in managing or reviewing funding policies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in documentation and analysis.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract with opportunities for extension or permanent tenure.
