We are looking for a Director, Strategic Projects to join our team, who will be responsible for leading strategic projects across FSMK to enable predictable, profitable, and scalable growth across the region

**What you will do**:

- Initiate and set goals for projects according to our strategic objectives to enable predictable, profitable, and scalable growth across the region
- Work closely with senior management to define strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders regionally to design and drive adoption of organization-wide processes to ensure high standards for the delivery and quality of projects
- Develop and control deadlines and activities

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- 8 - 10 years of experience within project management with strategic responsibilities
- Strong strategic and business acumen to define and drive impactful initiatives
- Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
- Data-driven learning and decision-making approach with outstanding knowledge of data analysis
- Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
- Effective collaboration and communication skills given highly cross functional role
- Proven track record in moving from ideation, to planning, to execution, to launch & iterating rapidly
