**Role summary**:
We are looking for an individual who can take ownership of Olea’s talent acquisition strategy and execution, including end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding as well as employer branding.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all recruitment requirements within the indicated timelines, and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives
- Work in collaboration with the hiring managers to define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organisation needs, as well as design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
- Proactively search for the right profiles and develop creative sourcing strategies to fill in the roles in efficient ways
- Successfully manage several talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
- Develop monitoring tools to set the global benchmarks and metrics, analyse hiring data to identify bottlenecks and optimise hiring operations, and report to the management team
- Foster dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and the rest of the HR team
- Design the overall hiring process and execute the recruitment activities in a timely and effective manner
- Be an active member of the HR partnership; sharing insights on organisational structure, recruitment strategy and HR plans with management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree required, Human Resources, Business or equivalent preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience of end-to-end recruitment with a track record of successfully hiring under short timelines.
- Experience in a major head-hunting agency highly preferred
- Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process
- High level of creativity and resilience when it comes to finding the right profiles for the roles
- Ability to independently manage and drive the search strategy, as well as prioritise effectively
- Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with internal leaders
- Start-up and in-house hiring experience are a plus.
