**Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with key stakeholders from the technology lines of business, HR business partners for technology recruitment strategy
- Take ownership of your allocated portfolio on the full recruitment life cycle from active sourcing to offer
- Managing a portfolio of positions simultaneously across the technology businesses

**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 3 years’ background in technology recruitment role
- Be comfortable managing volume recruitment as well as ad-hoc projects specifically in technology recruitment
- Review and improve recruitment sourcing methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
- Experience in hiring into the technology industry and/or banking and finance would be a huge advantage-
