**About The Job**

Assist the Retreat Centre Manager with the day to day logistics of the Centre according to specified duties assigned. Together with the housekeeping team, upkeep all rooms of the Retreat Centre and make sure that they are ready for check-in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Wash, clean and tidy all rooms/pantries/kitchens/meeting rooms, including bathrooms & toilets, according to assigned duties in Work List and instructions by Supervisor.
- Perform housekeeping tasks including removing and putting on bedlinens for beds/bunkbeds and replacing used towels, mattress protectors, tablecloths, blankets and curtains for washing.
- Adhere to housekeeping standard operating procedures and service standards policies.
- Keep proper recording of attendance & tasks status, and organise own workflow to ensure completion of tasks as assigned in Work List.
- Exercise flexibility to accept changes with positive attitude and work as a team to support the needs of the Centre.
- Ensure all equipment/tools used are clean and kept in good working condition at all times, and the safety use of all furnishings, equipment and tools in the Centre.
- Comply with legal and applicable requirements eg adhering to Work Safety and Health polcies and procedures, environmental and quality policies.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

**Job Requirements**
Speak basic English
Experienced in Housekeeping/Cleaning role
Able to work on weekends/holidays when required

**Working Hours**
Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:
44 hours per week (5 days per work week) according to working roster.
