1. Responsible for IDC and ICT resource management, daily operation, and maintenance data collection;
2. Responsible for IDC and ICT project acceptance, operation, and overall management;
3. Responsible for after-sales support of IDC and ICT projects, including equipment monitoring, operation and maintenance analysis, hardware maintenance, software operation and maintenance, etc.;
4. Communicate and coordinate with partners/suppliers to fullfil customer requirments, fault handling, and provide on-site support for configuration/testing/troubleshooting;
5. Assist in the delivery, commissioning, acceptance, etc. of IDC and ICT projects;
6. Assist in the equipment installation, server configuration, OS installation configuration, hardware installation and removal, etc.;
7. Assist in the inspection of servers or network equipment;
8. Assist customer to complete the safety drill of the computer room;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the department;
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma education or above;
2. Have at least 2 years of on-site work experience in IDC/ITO projects;
3. Have good experience in project management and infrastructure management;
4. Have experience in basic configuration and troubleshooting of IT and network equipment such as clouds, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, etc., and be able to independently maintain, build, and troubleshoot local area networks or clouds;
5. Have good communication skills and customer service skills.
