Quess, one of the largest staffing organizations in the world, is looking for Customer Service Executive for our staffing (contracting) business.to support our Client in West side and East Side of Singapore.
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
- With 1 weekday and 1 weekend off, might be scheduled to work on Public Holidays as well
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
