Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing cookhouse operations and to meet cookhouse KPIs
- Responsible for housekeeping matter, IT / equipment matters and operations of cookhouse
- Ensure sufficient and proper staffing to maintain the operations of the cookhouse
- Ensure cookhouse staff compliance to Operational & Food Safety SOP and update staff whenever there are changes or update.
- Assist Operations Manager in conducting orientation and training for new staff
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety always
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
- Maintain clear understanding of cookhouse matters to facilitate covering duties of other cookhouses
- Abide strictly to proper handling of food items in accordance with food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards.
- Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in food related courses or similar
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the food industry
- Possess basic food and hygiene certificate is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Skills
