- Drive Flash Sale growth to Lazada for 6 countries by determining the right mechanics and assortment; Responsible for end-to-end implementations to ensure initiatives are rollout out smoothly.
- Provide guidance across 6 countries to improve Flash Sale related operations.
- Perform diagnosis on performance to identify improvement areas.
- Define customer needs and products specifications with local marketing teams to propose and initiate new features.
