As the Regional Operations Manager for Southeast Asia and East Asia, you'll drive **operational excellence** by ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and **LEAN transformation** across all sites. Collaborating closely with the Operations VP, you'll implement efficiency monitoring tools and KPIs to achieve best-in-class performance, in alignment with company objectives and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Operations VP, ROA to oversee all operations in the region.
- Ensure site safety, quality, delivery, cost, and LEAN transformation.
- Implement efficiency monitoring tools, KPIs, and Lean methodologies.
- Prepare regional operations budget and strategic/growth plans.
- Promote and implement Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Maintenance.
- Lead cost reduction efforts and track spending closely.
- Coach and develop site operations teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in relevant field.
- 10+ years' manufacturing operations management experience.
- Solid knowledge of cost reduction and LEAN Manufacturing.
- Experience in starting up new manufacturing plants or M&A in Asia.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Fluent in English, Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time(Southeast Asia and East Asia)
- Hands-on experience in managing operation projects in Asia.
- Experience in managing government agencies is a plus.
