**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the construction of regional service technology system, after-sales team management and product problem management.

2. Responsible for regional after-sales service network management and construction.

3. Lead the regional team to orderly carry out product repair, maintenance, technical improvement and upgrade, software version iteration and upgrade of customers in the region, to ensure the stable operation of equipment in the region.

4. Leading the regional team to assist in promoting the product and the R&D department to improve remote operation and intelligent operation and maintenance tools by collecting after-sales issues, product improvement suggestions and customer satisfaction assessment at the regional market end, so as to improve the product's operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs, and to promote product functionality, ease of use and reliability, and maintainability.

5. Actively cooperate with regional sales departments, organize engineers in the region to carry out pre-sales and post-sales support work in the region, assist agents in product demonstrations, product use deployment, training work to ensure regional customer service satisfaction.

6. Actively visit dealers and service providers in the region, examine their after-sales capabilities, and develop differentiated training to empower dealers and service providers and enhance their after-sales capabilities.

7. Continuously promote to improve the monthly and daily activity rate of the regional equipment, and focus on promoting the solution of on-site problems of customers in the region.

8. Responsible for the technical support and operation and maintenance engineers in the region to improve their technical capabilities, performance target setting, service indicator monitoring and personnel assignment management.

**Job qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, computer science, automation, etc..

2. After-sales industry management experience of more than 5 years; automotive, industrial robots, service or cleaning robots and other industries are preferred.

3. Familiar with the after-sales service policies of major overseas countries, with overseas after-sales business experience is preferred.

4. English, Mandarin listening, reading and writing proficiency, with business English skills, must be able to work in English as the main communication language.

5. Understanding of basic electrical knowledge and motor drive control principles.

6. Familiar with Linux platform experience is preferred; experience in the field of robotics, such as ROS work experience is preferred.

7. Working conscientiously and meticulously, strong sense of responsibility, stress tolerance, good communication skills and problem-solving ability.

8. Able to adapt to work in overseas regions on a permanent basis.
