**Roles and Supporting Responsibilities**
- Knowledge and skill of Indian food like Tandoor and Curries.
- Preparation, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty.
- Ensures proper preparation of menu items.
- Take responsibility for delivering the highest measures of food production and presentation to customers.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times.
- Assist with stock ordering and monitoring procedures.
- Perform any reasonable duties as required from time to time in order to contribute to the achievement of business aims and objectives.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts
- 2 - 3 years’ work experience as a section Chef (Tandoor) with high quality standards
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Location - Teck Lim Road (Walking distance from Outram Park or Maxwell MRT Station)
