Job requirements include:
At least 5 year's experience in tandoor cooking.
At least 5 year's experience in curry cooking.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Be responsible for all products from the tandoor.
Support any curry production preparation and finishing when needed.
Recipe development.
Scaling recipes from small portions to large scale production.
Food cost analysis and maintaining the production manual.
Purchasing and maintaining stocks.
Maintaining hygiene and safety in production area.
Maintaining documents for haccp file in production area.
Instruction and lead the kitchen production staff.
Support head chef in the kitchen to fulfil daily orders.
Timely delivery of products for packing room to ensure next day delivery.
Ensuring food safety is maintained according to standard.
