
Curry and Tandoor Chef

We are looking for experience chef for cooking tandoor breads and meats and also preparing curries and sauces.
Breads need to be cooked in tandoor, on a hot plate or in an oven.
Meals need to be prepared following recipe.
Scaling skills necessary to prepare exact quantities as per order to minimise wastage.
Additional skills include:
Stock management: Maintain stock of regular ingredients.
Procurement: ordering from key suppliers when stock levels reach critical point.
Product stock management: Maintain stock levels of all products with assistance from packing team.
Assist Head Chef in preparation of products.
Cleaning: Manage cleaner in the kitchen and ensure work carried out on time.
Order management: Keep an eye on orders coming in and prepare according to urgency of items.
Chiller and Freezer: Keep proper account of shelf life of products and to maintain FIFO.
