**Job Description**:
- Handling the administration of MPLC Singapore and Malaysia office.
- Managing the renewals, collections and operations of the MPLC licensing business
- Making phone calls for investigative or related work to new sales/ renewals/ collections/ leads generation/ sales campaigns
- Handle other tasks assigned by Licensing Director & Management
- Provide support to Licensing Representatives in Singapore and Malaysia
- Make sales/ renewal/ collection calls
- Office is in Tagore Lane and work from home flexibility is provided a few days a week
**Requirements**:
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients at various levels.
- Able to handle difficult clients while successfully executing renewals and collections
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Work as a team with colleagues in MPLC Malaysia, as well as with MPLC Singapore & the region.
- Able to work alone & self motivated.
