Administrative Support Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
This includes answering phone calls, recording client enquiries, and responding appropriately. Additionally, the role involves assisting in monthly payroll processing, monitoring site workers' attendance, and maintaining employee personnel records.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
Bilingualism in both English and Mandarin is also required, making this a unique opportunity for individuals who can effectively communicate with diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Answer phone calls, record client enquiries, and respond appropriately
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Monitor site workers' attendance and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain and update employee personnel records and database
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration or HR-related functions
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Bilingualism in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools
