**What is the Job about?**
To perform order management duties and address exceptions and errors in an accurate and timely basis from order entry up to on-time delivery and includes issue of Order Confirmation; To manage and follow up on orders to ensure our main Key Performance Indicators are met
**Key Accountabilities**
- To manage and follow up on orders to ensure our main Key Performance Indicators are met.
- Perform SAP related testing and troubleshooting when required
**Key Success Factors**
- To handle enquiries and order related issues from customers
- To perform order management duties and address exceptions and errors in an accurate and timely basis from order entry up to on-time delivery
- To liaise with Planners and Purchasers to ensure delivery commitment is fulfilled
- Manage and follow up on orders to ensure our main Key Performance Indicators are met.

**Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations**
Work closely with planners, shipping team, customer service, and Distributions Centers, to ensure on time delivery and keep customers/sales companies updated in case of delay and any exception handling
**Required Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel with preferably 1-2 years of experience working with SAP
- Have a good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Speak and write English fluent

- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Possess cross-cultural understanding that makes it easy for you to interact with colleagues and stakeholders on a local, regional and global scale
- Possess initiative and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be result oriented and have a strong drive that will enable you to achieve department and company goals
- Must be an action-oriented individual who enjoys problem solving with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Meticulous performer who is detailed-oriented and precise with a mind to follow-through and ensure communication and system information with high level of accuracy in accordance with Grundfos quality standards
