
Sales Growth Executive

We are an innovative and rapidly expanding company seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Growth Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving revenue, identifying growth opportunities, and building lasting client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer’s need to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the product and service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
