We are thrilled to be expanding our team and are currently seeking a talented and motivated **Sales Executive **t**o join our Singapore Team
You will be a key member of the team in managing the day-to-day relationship with distributors.
You will develop broker, agent, and financial advisor relationships through your dedication to service handling predominantly, but not limited to, individual business, individual queries, and premium payments plus liaising with external stakeholders including Liberty Insurance’s internal stakeholders.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Respond to general inquiries aiming at first-contact resolution.
- Log all opportunities and quotations into the Pipedrive system and actively follow up on them.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing small and medium-sized enterprise clients and individual clients by proactively reaching out to them, personalizing communication, and offering customized solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry and regulatory changes that may affect clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns, questions, or issues related to claims, hospitalizations, or policy details.
- Analyse and interpret data provided by the Pricing team to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, such as market trends, customer behaviour, and product performance.
- Help design and deliver training sessions for brokers on new products and services, customer service best practices, and industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Provide support to other countries in the region on any account management activities, such as customer outreach, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
**Your profile**:
- You are fluent in English and Cantonese
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Customer Service or Account Manager in health insurance or health benefits
- A knowledge of the Singapore Insurance Broker market would be an asset.
- Singapore certifications: BCP, PGI, and HI
- Strongly customer-orientated and can work under pressure.
- Desire and drive to grow and expand your knowledge & skills.
